- Seasonal Dock Camper Rate $1500 plus electricity used.
- Seasonal Campground Rate (Tip) $2500, (Outside) $2300, (Inside) $2000.
- Electricity $ current market rate, no markup.
- The season runs from May 1st – October 31st.
- With a deposit for the following season, there is no charge for land storage during the winter.
- Winter storage (boat): $0 p/f for Members, $20 p/f for any other items stored.
- Winter storage (boat): $30 p/f (Non-Current Members).
- Summer Boat Trailer Storage: $10 p/f (Members)
- Summer Storage: $20 p/f (Members) for any other items stored (cars, trucks, vans, flat trailers).
- Summer Storage (boat): $40 p/f (Non-Current Members).
- Self-service pump out $5 (located at the boat hoist).
- Waterside pressure washer $5 per 10 minutes.
- Haul Out: $3 p/f.
- Haul In: $3 p/f.
- Bottom wash: $2 p/f (Painted).
- Bottom wash: $4 p/f (unpainted).
- Blocking Fee: $1 p/f.
- Yard services: $75 p/h.
